Trade enquiries are handled at our factory in South Wales where over the years we have trained and built up a highly skilled labour force.
We regularly service over 1000 dry-cleaning shops within the UK, a growing number of customers from Europe and we also provide an Invisible mending service for department stores, tailors, dress hire companies and clothing manufacturers.
Garments are typically sent to us by post or courier service and are normally returned within 10 working days.
Every assistance is provided to help you promote this service to your customers. An easy-to-use retailing pack including a sizing template, which enables you to price even complex repairs on the spot and attractive point of sale material.
We also have a telephone ‘hot-line’ for immediate technical advice all helping to give you the professional support needed to make Invisible Mending a useful addition to your range of services.
